Videogames, accessories and small electronics

Please contact us directly to if you have any questions or concerns about your order! We are here to help and to make things right!

We will always do our best to ensure products we sell are of the best quality available, as described, and packaged safely. All used/opened items are tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to work! However, in the rare event that an item is defective, exchanges can be done in store or via mail. We offer a 30 day "same item exchange" period on most merchandise if the item did not function as required. 

To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same or similar condition that we sent out, with all contents, and in its original packaging. This will be verified with documentation we have on file of the item in question. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if exchanging in store.

Exceptions

Due to limited quantity and rare nature of certain items, all collectibles, Amiibos, FUNKO POP, statues & figures, trading cards, construction sets, and limited edition items (new or used) are deemed FINAL SALE and AS-IS.

Disclaimer regarding packaging condition: Although most of our inventory are in like new or very good condition, due to the volume of stock we manage it is unavoidable that over time some item packaging will have cosmetic conditions such as shelf wear, peeled shrink wrap, sticker residue, bends, creases, scratches, blemishes, marks on window, dents etc. Please contact us if this is a concern to you before ordering for detailed description of item. 

*Please note any DLC content with video games cannot be guaranteed as they may be used, invalid or expired.

*For brand new sealed games that have been opened (seal/shrink wrap removed) but did not work, we will be able to exchange for an opened version of the same item.

*Our exchange policy will not cover buyer's remorse, user error/user hardware issues, physical damage, malfunction due to tampering, network/server issues, imperfect workmanship, false requests, and/or fraudulent activity of any kind.

**We do not consider cosmetic conditions as reasons for defect exchange. This is including but not limited to: marks/dents/rips on cases, missing/damaged manuals and inserts, peeled shrink wrap, varying degrees of shelve-wear on packaging etc. If these are concerns to you, please to contact us first for detailed description or pick up in person in order to inspect the item.

Televisions

All open box, refurbished, used TVs are FINAL SALE and will come with reliable in-store warranty and original accessories, unless otherwise stated. We will go through all the details with you, including important care tips in store.
