Shipping Policy
Our website serves as an online clearance catalogue and can be used to make reservations for local pick up or shipping. We can also take orders directly at 416-562-4948 or through email vtrgaming@hotmail.com at any time! We accept payment via Interac E-transfer, Debit Visa, and most credit cards.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Payments done by etransfer are always processed with priority and more quickly. Please note we will not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped.
*We currently do not offer shipping for TVs, local pick up or delivery only!
Reservations and in person pickup
Local pick up can be arranged and is free of charge. Simply give us a call 416-562-4948 to set up a time.
Shipping Policy (Gaming/accessories/small electronics Only)
If you placed an order online for shipping option, you will receive an order confirmation email and be notified once your order has been processed. *Please ensure shipping and email addresses provided in your order are complete and accurate. We will only ship to the address as provided in your order and will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be charged for the full original shipment cost for any "Return to Sender" packages.
We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada and USA that is normally accessible through traditional shipping methods.
Shipping is FREE within Canada on any orders over $45 (before taxes, promotional discounts). Extra charges may apply for oversize items and/or to certain remote locations.
Shipping charges for orders under $45 within Canada:
- Central Provinces (Ontario/Quebec/Manitoba/Saskatchewan): $13.95 + tax with tracking
- Eastern/Western/Northern Provinces and Territories: $19.95 + tax with tracking
Average shipping delivery times (from date of shipping)**:
- GTA area: 1-2 business days
- Outer Ontario/Quebec/Manitoba: 2-3 business days
- Eastern/Western Canada: 2-5 business days
- Northern Canada: 4-7 business days
Shipping to the USA is available at a low flat rate for any order. Please note buyers are responsible for any applicable local taxes and duties.
